Okay, I've been MIA, again, but we bought a house!!! After a lifetime of renting we bought our first real house. I started a new blog for anyone who wants to follow along as we renovate this mid-century knock-off to create our modern dream home http://mysocalledeichler.blogspot.comOur first dilemma is what to paint the kitchen? We are planning to demo and replace with a modern kitchen when budget allows but that will likely be a 3-5 years. Any suggestions? We are painting the main rooms light grey and white. The granite counters are a hot mess of navy blue and muddy white swirl. What's a girl to do?
