  1. What do you think about the furniture that's up -- the cardboard set? Seems like a good price.

  3. Just sharing my experience with Brinca Dada over the holiday. I am hoping others can avoid a similar experience. I had ordered the Emerson house (now discontinued); it was on sale but described as new product. It arrived severely damaged--it looked like someone had gotten through half the assembly and taken it apart in frustration. I informed the company, they offered to send a new one and never did. Subsequent emails to the company have never gotten a response. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Brinca Dada even though the homes are lovely.

  4. Christine,
I'm sorry for your bad experience. That must have been frustrating to open a severely damaged house. I wouldn't give up, which email are you contacting? They seem to be on facebook, you could post there asking them to follow up with your complaint.

The first run of Emersons was sold off at a huge discounted price because of the production issues with the company the used to build the houses. My guess is they sent you a returned one by mistake instead of new one. They may be out of the first run discontinued and discounted ones by now, but its too bad you're not getting any response. I would keep trying because I think the houses are really great and the people I've met at the company are really nice. The new company building the dollhouse kits are doing a much better job on the production end the quality of the houses has improved.

I didn't see a phone number online, but I'm surprised they didn't have one on the invoice. It sounds like it has not been easy for you to get in touch with them.

Good luck, I hope you get your replacement house.
